Viewing vector variables

About this task

View the configuration of variables that you added on the Vector Variables screen. You can view only one variable configuration at a time.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Vector Variables.
  2. On the Vector Variables screen, select the required variable.
  3. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the View icon.

    The Configuration Server displays the variable configuration fields. You can click the Edit icon to edit the configuration.
