Exporting agent configuration

About this task

From the Agents screen, export all agent configuration data in the .xlsx format. You can use the exported data to migrate agents to another ACD.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Agents.
  2. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Export icon and click Export in Excel.

    The Configuration Server downloads the agent configuration spreadsheet.
