Deleting a dial plan

About this task

Delete one or several dial plans at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted dial plans from the contact center, and you cannot restore the dial plan configuration.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > System > Dial Plan Analysis.
  2. On the Dial Plan Analysis screen, select one or several dial plans.
  3. Optional To select all dial plans, select the check box next to Dialed String.
  4. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Delete icon.
  5. In the confirmation window, click Yes.

    The Configuration Server removes the selected dial plans from the contact center.
