Deleting agents

About this task

Delete one or several agents at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted agents from the contact center, and you cannot restore the agent configuration.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Agents.
  2. On the Agents screen, select one or several agents.
  3. Optional To select all agents, select the check box next to Login ID.
  4. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Delete icon.
  5. In the confirmation window, click Yes.

    The Configuration Server removes the selected agent data from the contact center.
