Delete one or several agents at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted agents from the contact center, and you cannot restore the agent configuration.
Procedure
On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Agents.
On the Agents screen, select one or several agents.
Optional To select all agents, select the check box next to Login ID.
At the top-right corner of the page, click .
In the confirmation window, click Yes.
The Configuration Server removes the selected agent data from the contact center.
