On the Vector Routing Tables screen, you can manage vector routing table configuration, duplicate and delete vector routing tables. Vector routing tables contain routing digits that the contact center can use to verify the condition in the goto vector step. You can specify any digits in a vector routing table. You can also use wildcard characters, such as a plus sign (+) and a question mark (?), to replace one or more digits:
The plus sign represents a group of digits that you can use only as the first or the last character of a digit string. For example, if you type +510, the Configuration Server processes + as any group of digits from 0 to 9.
The question mark represents a single digit. You can use any number of question marks at any position of a digit string. For example, if you type 7?510, the Configuration Server processes ? as any digit from 0 to 9.
