You can download a configuration template to import journey profiles to the contact center. After downloading a template, fill it in with your configuration details.
Procedure
On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Customer Journey > Journey Profile.
At the top-right corner of the Customer Journey Profiles page, click and select Download Template.
Configuration Server downloads the journey profile configuration template in the .xlsx format. The template contains journey profile configuration sections on sheet 1 and the guidelines for updating them on sheet 2. Sheet 3 lists call and agent events and corresponding event attributes.
