Deleting endpoints

About this task

Delete one or several endpoints at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted endpoints from the contact center, and you cannot restore the endpoint configuration.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Endpoints > Manage Endpoints.
  2. On the Endpoints screen, select one or several endpoints.
  3. Optional To select all endpoints, select the check box next to Extension.
  4. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Delete icon.
  5. In the confirmation window, click Yes.

    The Configuration Server removes the selected endpoint data from the contact center.
