Delete one or several logout reason codes at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted logout reason codes from the contact center, and you cannot restore the logout reason code configuration.
Procedure
On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Reason Codes.
Click the Logout Reason Codes subtab.
Select one or several logout reason codes.
Optional To select all logout reason codes, select the check box next to Code.
At the top-right corner of the page, click .
In the confirmation window, click Yes.
The Configuration Server removes the selected logout reason codes data from the contact center.
