STEP RESULT:
The first call is put on hold.
Resume the previous call.
STEP RESULT:
The call with the supervisor is put on hold.
Press the Conference soft key.
STEP RESULT:
The previous call and the call with the supervisor are put on hold.
Press the supervisor call appearance key.
STEP RESULT:
The conference call with the caller and supervisor starts.
