From Avaya Device Adapter Release 8.1.3 onwards, you can use Device Adapter to manage phones migrated from CS 2100 product.

The configuration required for Avaya Aura® and Device Adapter for the phones migrated from CS 2100 product is identical to that of migrated CS 1000 phones. The CS 2100 product supports the following components and these components will be supported on Device Adapter in the same way as CS 1000 after migration.
