Before you begin
Ensure that you are on a malicious call.
  1. Initiate transfer or conference.
    1. On Analog stations: Flash the switch hook.
    2. Others: Press the Transfer or Conference button or soft key.
      STEP RESULT:
      A special dial tone signifies that the call is on hold.
  2. Enter the FAC.
    STEP RESULT:
    A success tone is heard. The user is reconnected to the call.
