After you activate a new Identity Certificate on Avaya Breeze® platform, you must restart Avaya Breeze® platform. Reinstallation of Device Adapter is not required.
Within 5 minutes after you upload the new certificates for Avaya Breeze® platform on System Manager, Device Adapter automatically applies the new certificates and restarts the dsa, tps, and csv services.
Note:
This is service impacting. Avaya recommends that you activate the new Identity Certificate and restart Avaya Breeze® platform during the maintenance window to minimize the impact on endpoint registration and call handling.
