Creating client profiles

Use this procedure to create client profiles for inbound and outbound traffic.
  1. Log in to the EMS web interface as an administrator.
  2. In the Device field, click the Avaya SBCE you want to administer.
  3. Navigate to TLS ManagementClient Profiles.
  4. Click Add.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The EMS server displays the New Profile window.
  5. Navigate to TLS Profile section.
  6. In Certificate, enter the certificate number with the .PEM extension.
  7. Navigate to Certificate Verification.
  8. In Peer Certificate Authorities, enter the certificate number with the .crt extension.
  9. Navigate to Handshake Options.
  10. In Version, check if the version of Avaya SBCE is selected.
  11. Click Finish to create a client profile for inbound traffic.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The EMS server installs and displays the new TLS client profile.
  12. Repeat steps 3 through 11 to create a client profile for outbound traffic.
