Server interworking is added for each server connected to the Avaya SBCE. Interworking configuration includes Hold support, T.38 fax support, and SIP extensions.
Use the following procedure to configure server interworking for the Avaya SBCE.
Log in to the EMS web interface with administrator credentials.
In Device, click the SBCE you want to administer.
Navigate to Configuration ProfilesServer Interworking.
In Interworking Profiles, click Add.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The EMS server displays the Interworking Profile window.
Navigate to the avaya-ru profile, a factory setting for Avaya equipment.
Click Clone Profile.
In Clone Name, enter a descriptive name for Session Manager.
Click Finish.
Navigate to the General tab, click Edit, and enter relevant details.
