Adding internal and external signaling interface for Avaya SBCE

Prolog information
Use this procedure to add an internal and external signaling interface for port numbers 5061 and 5091 for the Avaya SBCE.
For communication purpose:
  • Avaya SBCE and Device Adapter requires port number 5061.
  • Session Manager and Device Adapter requires port number 5091.
  1. Log in to the EMS web interface with administrator credentials.
  2. In the Device field, click the Avaya SBCE you want to administer.
  3. In the navigation pane, click Network & FlowsSignaling Interface.
  4. In the content pane, click Add.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The EMS server displays the Add Signaling Interface window.
  5. In Name, enter a descriptive name for the internal signaling interface.
  6. In IP Address, select an internal signaling interface IP address.
  7. In TLS Port, type 5061 as the port number for Session Manager.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Type the port number in TLS Port to enable TLS Profile.
  8. In TLS Profile, select the pre-defined TLS profile.
  9. Click Finish.
  10. In Name, enter a descriptive name for the external signaling interface.
  11. In IP Address, select an external signaling interface IP address.
  12. In TLS Port, type 5061 as the port number for Device Adapter.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Type the port number in TLS Port to enable TLS Profile.
  13. In TLS Profile, select the pre-defined TLS profile.
  14. Click Finish.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Note:
    In TLS Port, type 5091 and repeat steps 4 through 15 to add an internal and external signaling interface for port number 5091.

    STEP RESULT:
    The EMS server displays a new configuration in the Signaling Interface display.
