Prolog information
From Release 10.1, Device Adapter supports the No Answer Indication feature, which has the following two field values:
  • NAID - No Answer Indication Denied (default).
  • NAIA - No Answer Indication Allowed.
The feature is an enhancement of the Hotline Intercom feature and provides a visual indication for unconfirmed incoming Hotline Intercom calls, if NAIA mnemonic is configured in Features field of the Avaya Aura® System Manager. Both field values are applicable only for all Hotline Intercom keys configured on Device Adapter Unistim and digital phones.
