Assigning telephones for group lists

Procedure

  1. Type change station n, where n is the extension that you want to assign to the group list.

    Press Enter.

    The system displays the Station screen.

  2. Click Next until you see the Abbreviated Dialing area.
  3. Type group in any of the three List fields.

    Press Enter.

    The system displays a blank list number field.

  4. Type the list number in the list number field.

    When you assign a group list or a personal list, you must also specify the personal list number or the group list number.

  5. Press Enter to save your changes.
