Using Directed Call Pickup to answer a call

Procedure

  1. Disconnect the call.
  2. Perform one of the following actions:

    • Press the dir-pkup for Directed Call Pickup button.

    • Dial the Directed Call Pickup FAC.

  3. Wait for dial tone.
  4. Dial the extension that you want to pick up.
