Enter change attendant n, where n is the number of the attendant to which you want to assign an MCT feature button.
Click Next until you see the Feature Button Assignments area.
Type mct-act next to the button number that you want the attendant to use to activate MCT.
Type mct-contr next to the button number that you want the attendant to use to establish control of the malicious call, and to display information about the call.
