In the Backup Alerting field, type y.
The system can now notify any telephone that has an atd-qcalls feature button when the:
Attendant queue reaches the warning level
Console is in night service
In the Calls in Queue Warning field, type the maximum number of calls that can be in the attendant queue before the system alerts the backup telephones.
Click Next until you see the Time in Queue Warning (sec) field.
In the Time in Queue Warning (sec) field, type the maximum number of seconds that a caller can be in the attendant queue before the system alerts the backup telephones.
