Before configuring the CRMGateway snap-in, ensure that you have the following:

• CRM adapter developed using CRMGateway SDK and its dependencies

• A valid mapper file

• Valid CRMGateway snap-In .svar file

• Avaya Oceana® Monitoring snap-in .svar
