Async account identifier handle |
Async account identifier is an identifier assigned to the customer when routing messaging contacts. It is unknown for new customers. However, if you want to update existing customers, you can find the identifier on customer search in Avaya Workspaces. You can then use this while updating other customers details using Oceana Customer Management Tool. |
