The number of licensed agents. The default values for the respective deployment types are as follows:

Note:
The default values are dependent on the deployment type. Changing the value affects the number of attachments allowed at a given time. The larger the value, the greater is the number of attachment requests that are allowed.

The IP address or FQDN for Avaya Workspaces for Avaya Oceana® agents to handle attachments, when the agents are located outside the customer intranet. |
Authorization Service Address |
The FQDN or the IP of the node or cluster where the authorization service is installed.

Available heap memory percentage threshold |
The attribute that defines a minimal safe percentage of available heap memory to the total current heap size. Oceana Monitor runs events if the actual percentage becomes lower than this threshold. Acceptable values are integers from 1 to 99. |

The value that sets the deployment process. |
Maximum size of a downloaded attachment |
The attribute that defines a maximum size of a downloaded attachment in MB. A warning is shown if the size is greater than the threshold. Acceptable values are whole numbers. |

The amount of time (in seconds) that service waits when sending outgoing REST requests. The default value is 20 seconds. |

Tasks In Queue Error Threshold |
The number of times tasks in a queue for executor exceed a threshold before a warning event is raised in Oceana Monitor.
Note:
The next warning event is raised only after the timeout of this attribute.
