Starting Omnichannel Administration Utility

About this task

Use this procedure to start Omnichannel Administration Utility from the Avaya Control Manager web interface.

Note:

If you are using Chrome or Firefox, then a ClickOnce plugin must be installed on the browser before the user launches the Oceana administration client or the OCMT.

Procedure

  1. On the Avaya Control Manager webpage, click Configuration > Avaya Oceana™ > Omnichannel Administration.
  2. Click Launch OC Database Administration Client.

    Avaya Control Manager starts Omnichannel Administration Utility.
