Selecting the language configuration

About this task

Oceana Customer Management Tool supports the following language configurations:

  • Left to Right: This configuration is applicable to the languages that use left to right scripts. For example, English, German, French, and Italian.

  • Right to Left: This configuration is applicable to the languages that use right to left scripts. For example, Arabic.

Based on your preferred language, you must select the appropriate language configuration to correctly view the elements on the user interface.

Procedure

  1. On the Oceana Customer Management Tool interface, click General Settings.
  2. Click the OCMT Language tab.
  3. In the OCMT Language Configuration area, select one of the following options based on your preferred language:

    • Left to Right Language

    • Right to Left Language
