Importing certificate pfx file to Omnichannel Database server

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Omnichannel Database server.
  2. Click Start > Windows Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
  3. In the navigation pane, click the node for Omnichannel Database server.
  4. In the content pane, in the IIS area, double-click Server Certificates.
  5. In the Actions pane, click Import.

    The Import Certificate window opens.

  6. In the Certificate file (.pfx) field, select the pfx file generated for the certificate file.
  7. In the Password field, provide the password used for the private key.
  8. Click OK.
