Setting the Avaya CRMGateway snap-in attributes

Procedure

  1. On the System Manager web console, click Elements > Avaya Breeze® > Configuration > Attributes.
  2. Click the Service Clusters tab.
  3. In the Cluster field, select the cluster that you created for the Avaya CRMGateway snap-in.
  4. In the Service field, click CRMGateway.
  5. Configure the required attributes.
  6. Click Commit.
