Name

Description

Deployment Type

The type that determines the deployment size for the installation.

  • For an Avaya Oceana® deployment that supports up to 4500 active agents, select 3X Large.

  • For an Avaya Oceana® deployment that supports up to 2000 active agents, select Extra Large.

  • For an Avaya Oceana® deployment that supports up to 1000, 500, or 250 active agents, select Large.

  • For an Avaya Oceana® deployment that supports up to 100 active agents, select Small.

Locale

The locale or language for the installation.

Secure Communications

The attribute that enables or disables the secure communications across the clusters in the installation.

For Https-only and wss-only connections across the clusters, select Enabled.

Allow Tokenless Access

The attribute that allows the requests to access resource end-points without any authorization token.

To allow tokenless access, retain the default value false.

To set this attribute, select the cluster where the multimedia snap-ins are located for the installation.

Customer Management Cluster

To set this attribute, select the cluster where Customer Management is located for the installation.

Chatbot Cluster

To set this attribute, select the cluster where Chatbot is located for the installation.

Unified Agent Cluster

To set this attribute, select the cluster where Unified Agents snap-ins are located for the installation.

Cluster 1

To set this attribute, select Avaya Oceana® Cluster 1.

Cluster 2

  • For an Avaya Oceana® deployment that supports up to 100 active agents, select Avaya Oceana® Cluster 1.

  • For an Avaya Oceana® deployment that supports up to 4500, 2000, 1000, 500, or 250 active agents, select Avaya Oceana® Cluster 2.

Cluster 3

To set this attribute, select Avaya Oceana® Cluster 3.

Cluster 4

To set this attribute, select Avaya Oceana® Cluster 4.

Cluster 5

To set this attribute, select Avaya Oceana® Cluster 5.

Secure Connection

The attribute that enables or disables the secure connection of OceanaMonitorService with the other services.

To enable the secure connection, select true.

Oceana Authorization cluster IP

The FQDN or IP address of the cluster that hosts AuthorizationService.

  • For an Avaya Oceana® deployment that supports up to 100 active agents, enter the FQDN or IP address of Avaya Oceana® Cluster 1.

  • For an Avaya Oceana® deployment that supports up to 4500, 2000, 1000, 500, or 250 active agents, enter the FQDN or IP address of Avaya Oceana® Cluster 2.

    Important:

    Set this attribute only if you enable user authentication for viewing Oceana Monitor Service pages.

EASG authorization enabled in Oceana Monitor

The attribute that enables or disables EASG authorization for the Oceana Monitor.
  • To enable EASG authentication, keep the default value true.

  • To disable EASG authentication, select false.

Restart the snap-in for the changes to reflect.

Description

Anti-CSRF token validity time

The attribute that specifies the duration of the anti-SCRF tokens generated by the server. If the server receives a POST, PUT, DELETE request with anti-SCRF tokens that are older than this value, the service do not accept the request for processing. The values ranges from 1 to 24. But, the default value is 2.

Support logging web session identity information in OceanaMonitor

The attribute that enables or disables logging web session identity.

To set this attribute, select true.

Enable Centralized Logging

The attribute that enables Centralized Logging after snap-in is installed.

To set this attribute, select true.

EASG authentication config

Name

Description

Number of retries to connect to CECommonSpace

The attribute that specifies the number of times the Oceana Monitor Service retries to connect to the CECommonSpace. The default value is 60.

Time delay between attempts to connect to CECommonSpace

The attribute that specifies the delay between Oceana Monitor Service attempts to connect to CECommonSpace in milliseconds. The default value is 30000.
