Configuring an automatic response

About this task

Use this procedure to create automatic responses. You can also add images for auto-responses.

Procedure

  1. Start Omnichannel Administration Utility.
  2. In the navigation pane, click E-mail.
  3. Click Prepared Responses.
  4. Perform the following steps:
    1. Click New Response.
    2. In Name, enter a name for the response.
    3. In Type, select Auto-Response - Regular or Auto-Response - Out of Hours.
    4. In Subject, enter the appropriate subject.
    5. In Body, enter the appropriate text.
    6. To add an image for auto-response, click the Image () icon and select the required image.
    7. Click Save.
