With this attribute, you can define the maximum contact rate for Chat, SMS, and Social Media contacts that match the supported capacity for the number of agents configured. The default value is 1000 agents supporting a maximum contact rate of 1000 contacts per channel. Based on your deployment type, set the value of this attribute as follows:
For the OCEANA_3XLARGE deployment type, set this attribute to 2000.
For the OCEANA_XLARGE deployment type, set this attribute to 2000.
For the OCEANA_LARGE deployment type, set this attribute to 2000.
For the OCEANA_MEDIUM deployment type, set this attribute to 1000.
For the OCEANA_SMALL deployment type, set this attribute to 100.
