Listing agents traced using the Web Client

Keywords:
  1. Navigate to AdministrationAgent AdministrationList Agents Traced.
  2. In the Current ACD drop-down list, select the ACD for which you want to list agent traces.
  3. Do one or both of the following:
    • In the Agent (optional) field, select an agent from the drop-down list or type the name of the agent.
    • In the Date(s) (optional) field, enter a date or a range of dates. You can also use the calendar icon to select dates.
  4. Click Search.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the list of the agents traced based on the search criteria.
