Removing multiple VDNs from a tenant in the Web Client

Prolog information
You can remove VDNs assigned to a tenant in bulk. Specify which VDNs are no longer required and remove them in one go.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationTenant AdministrationTenant VDN Assignment.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for the tenant.
  3. In the Tenants list, select the tenant you want to manage.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the VDNs administered for the selected tenant.
  4. Click Remove VDNs.
  5. In the VDNs field enter the names or IDs of VDNs that no longer need to be assigned to the tenant.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    To enter multiple values, separate each with a semicolon. The entries are displayed in the Search Results area.
  6. Click + to move VDNs from the Search Results area to the Selected VDN(s) area.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The VDNs in the Selected VDN(s) area will be removed.
  7. Click OK to save your changes.
