Modifying agent string value descriptions using the PC Client

  1. From the Controller window, select CommandsDictionary.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary window.
  2. In the Operations list, highlight Agent String Values.
  3. In the ACD field, select the ACD or ACD Group that you want to change.
  4. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary Agent String Values window.
  5. Enter a new descriptive word in the fields you want to change.

  6. Click ActionsModify.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor saves the changed agent string values.
