Modifying an AUX reason code name in the Web Client

You can modify the name and description for an AUX reason code. However, the number assigned to a reason code is read-only.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationDictionaryAUX Reason Codes.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to manage AUX reason code names.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the existing AUX reason code names for the selected ACD.
  3. Click Modify next to the item you want to modify.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Modify Item window is displayed.
  4. In the AUX Reason Code Name field, update the name of the reason code.
  5. Revise the information in the Description field.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can enter up to 50 characters. This field cannot contain the pipe (|) symbol, a semicolon, or double quotes.
  6. Click OK to save your changes.
