Viewing trunk group data permissions in the PC Client

  1. From the Controller window, navigate to ToolsUser Permissions.
  2. In the Operations list, select Trunk Group Access.
  3. In the ACD list, select the ACD containing the trunk group access permissions you want to view.
  4. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the User Permissions Trunk Group Access window.
  5. In the User ID field, enter the name of the user whose trunk group permissions you want to view.
  6. If known, enter the trunk group names or IDs in the Trunk Groups field.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    If you enter more than one trunk group, separate each entry with a semicolon.
    To have all trunk groups returned for this user ID, leave this field blank.
  7. From the menu bar, click ActionsFind one.
    STEP RESULT:
    The database is queried and the number of matches are displayed.
