From the Controller window, navigate to CommandsExceptions on the menu bar.
STEP RESULT:
CMS Supervisor displays the Exceptions window.
In the ACD field, select the ACD that contains the VDNs for which you want to configure exceptions.
In the Operations list, select VDN Exceptions.
Click OK.
STEP RESULT:
Supervisor displays the VDN Exception Administration window.
In the VDNs field, enter the names or IDs of the VDNs for which the exception configuration is to be deleted.
From the menu bar, select ActionsFind one.
STEP RESULT:
Supervisor locates the exception configuration for the specified VDN and the data displays in the appropriate fields.
To have all VDNs returned through this step, leave the VDNs field blank. Supervisor displays the total number of matches in the status bar. The VDNs can then be navigated by using the Next and Previous actions.
From the menu bar, click ActionsDelete.
STEP RESULT:
Supervisor deletes the exception configuration from the CMS database.
