Deleting ACD access permissions in the Web Client

Use this procedure to delete the ACD permissions assigned to a user. You cannot delete ACDs assigned to the cmssvc user ID.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationUser PermissionsACD Access.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the list of administered users and their ACD access permissions.
  2. Click Delete next to the item you want to delete.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Confirm Delete dialog box is displayed.
  3. Click Yes to proceed with deleting the selected item.
