Removing an individual agent from an agent group in the Web Client

Use this procedure to remove an individual agent from an agent group or to remove a few agents one at a time.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationDictionaryAgent Groups.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to manage agent groups.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the agent groups administered for the selected ACD.
  3. Click Group Contents icon next to the agent group you want to modify.
  4. Click Delete next to the agent you want to remove.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Confirm Delete dialog box is displayed.
  5. Click Yes to complete the change.
