  1. From the Controller window, select CommandsDictionary.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary window.
  2. Select the Reports tab.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Reports window.
  3. In the Reports list, select Agent Group Members.
  4. Select OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary Agent Groups window.
  5. In the Agent group name field, enter the name of the agent group, and then press the Enter key.
  6. Select one of the following options:
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    • View Report on Screen
    • Print Report on
  7. Select OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    Depending on the option that you selected, the report is either sent to a printer or displayed on the screen.
