Adding ACD permissions in the PC Client

You can grant access to any ACD or ACD group from the PC Client.
  1. From the Controller window, navigate to ToolsUser Permissions.
  2. In the Operations list, select ACD Access.
  3. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    Supervisor displays the User Permissions ACD Access window.
  4. In the User ID field, enter the ID of the user who needs ACD access.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    If required, you can enter multiple users in this field. Separate each value with a semicolon.
  5. In the ACD field, enter the names or IDs of the ACDs the user will be able to access (real, pseudo, or group).
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can enter one or more ACD values. If you enter multiple values, separate them with a semicolon.
  6. Select one or more of the following check boxes to assign permissions:
    • Read: The user can view ACD information.
    • Write: The user can modify ACD information, such as splits/skills, trunk groups, vectors, and VDNs. To assign Write access, you must select both Read and Write.
    • Exceptions: The user receives ACD exception notifications when they occur.
  7. After assigning the necessary permissions, click ActionsAdd from the menu bar.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The ACD permissions are saved. If you entered multiple user IDs, all specified users are granted access to the specified ACDs.
