Modifying agent string value descriptions in the Web Client

  1. Navigate to AdministrationDictionaryAgent String Values.
  2. In the Current ACD drop-down list, select the active ACD for which you want to change agent string values.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the list of agent string values administered for the selected ACD.
  3. Enter a new descriptive word in the fields you want to change.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  4. Click Apply to save your changes.
