You need permissions for the Agent Administration subsystem. To view information, you need Read access. For all other agent administration tasks, you must have Write access.

If you are a tenant user, you need permissions to manage agents and agent skills in the tenant to which you are assigned. As a tenant user, you can also activate or list agent tracing for any agent for whom you have permissions. For more information about tenancy, see Managing tenant access.
