Creating a tenant agent group in the Web Client

Use this procedure to add a new agent group to a tenant.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationTenant AdministrationTenant Agent Groups.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for the tenant.
  3. Click Add Tenant Agent Group.
  4. In the Tenants list, select the tenant for which you want to add an agent group.
  5. In the Agent Group Name field, enter a name for the new agent group.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The first character must be a letter. For the remaining characters, you can use a letter, number from 0 to 9, underscore, space, period, or comma.
  6. Click OK to save your changes.
