Modifying ACD access permissions in the Web Client
You can modify the ACD permissions assigned to a user.

STEP RESULT:CMS Supervisor displays the list of administered users and their ACD access permissions.
- Click
next to the user whose ACD permissions you want to modify. - Select or clear the Read, Write, and Exceptions check boxes as required.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:You cannot change any other options.
- Click OK to save your changes.
