Modifying split/skill permissions in the PC Client

  1. From the Controller window, navigate to ToolsUser Permissions.
  2. In the Operations list, select Split/Skill Access.
  3. In the ACD list, select the ACD or ACD group for which you want to manage split/skill access.
  4. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the User Permissions Split/Skill Access window.
  5. In the User ID field, enter the name of the user whose split/skill permissions you want to manage.
  6. In the Splits/Skills field, enter the names or IDs of the splits/skills you want to view.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Use a semicolon to separate each value you enter.
    To view all splits/skills for the specified user ID, leave this field blank.
  7. From the menu bar, click ActionsFind one.
  8. If multiple matches are found, click Next and Previous in the Actions menu as needed to navigate to the correct split/skill entry.
  9. Select or clear the Read, Write, and Exceptions check boxes as required.
  10. After completing the permission changes, click ActionsModify from the menu bar.
