Removing multiple splits/skills from a tenant in the Web Client

You can remove splits/skills assigned to a tenant in bulk. Specify which splits/skills are no longer required and remove them in one go.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationTenant AdministrationTenant Split/Skill Assignment.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for the tenant.
  3. In the Tenants list, select the tenant you want to manage.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the call work codes administered for the selected tenant.
  4. Click Remove Split/Skill to remove splits/skills in bulk.
  5. In the Splits/Skills field, enter the names or IDs of existing splits/skills that no longer need to be assigned to the tenant.
  6. Click + to move splits/skills from the Search Results area to the Selected Split(s)/Skills(s) area.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The splits/skills in the Selected Split(s)/Skills(s) area will be assigned to the tenant.
  7. Click OK to save your changes.
