Listing all ACD permissions in the PC Client

  1. From the Controller window, navigate to ToolsUser Permissions.
  2. In the Operations list, select ACD Access.
  3. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    Supervisor displays the User Permissions ACD Access window.
  4. From the menu bar, click ActionsList all.
    STEP RESULT:
    User permission definitions are displayed with their corresponding ACDs. Only the ACDs for which you have Read permissions are shown.
