Adding a vector name in the Web Client

You can define a name for a vector in the Dictionary.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationDictionaryVectors.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to administer vectors.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the vectors administered for the selected ACD.
  3. Click Add Vectors.
  4. In the Vector Number field, enter the number for the vector.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can enter a value between 1 and 8000.
  5. In the Vector Name field, enter a vector name.
  6. Click OK to save your changes.
