Consider the following before changing call work codes in the Dictionary:
  • Call work codes must be activated on the ACD before you can perform any administration tasks.
  • Call work codes require storage space on the CMS file system. For information about configuring CMS settings, see Configuring CMS system settings.
  • Call Work Code 0 is reserved for unadministered work codes so summary data can be collected. The default name for Call Work Code 0 is Unadministered codes, but this name can be changed.
  • Even though call work codes can be up to 16 digits long, a Dictionary name can only be assigned to a call work code that is 9 digits long.
  • Tenant users must have permissions for the call work codes they need to manage.
