Removing an individual trunk group from a tenant in the Web Client

You can remove an individual trunk group from the list of trunk groups assigned to the tenant.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationTenant AdministrationTenant Trunk Group Assignment.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for the tenant.
  3. In the Tenants list, select the tenant you want to manage.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the trunk groups administered for the selected tenant.
  4. Click Delete next to the trunk group you want to remove.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Confirm Delete dialog box is displayed.
  5. Click Yes to complete the change.
